Teddy Bears for Charity

August 6, 2026 No comments yet

Here are a few new teddy bears that I have crocheted for charity. Some of these bears are for this year’s Operation Christmas Child and others will go to my local hospital. The hospital gives the bears away to children in the hospital or ER.

Here is my patriotic bear waving a American flag in honor of our country’s 250 birthday.

Here is one more patriotic teddy bear that I call Mr. Red Bear. He’s sporting a colorful red, white, and blue scarf.

These bears are crocheted using my In the Round Teddy Bear pattern. The In the Round Teddy Bear pattern is free and an easy to crochet project.

March Teddy Bear

March 26, 2026 No comments yet

For the month of March, our Bears for Kids group are crocheting and knitting bears with a green theme to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. Here is my March bear sporting a green sparkly ribbon.

This bear is crocheted in the round with only a seam along the top of the shoulders and head. The free crochet pattern is here at my blog. Here is the pattern link
